We are one of 3 house that are actually on Goddard Creek Way.
We did not receive ANY notice about 2 of these city planning meeting. I would like that to entered into the
record on this project. Proper notification was not sent out by the developers.
We did receive notice about the storage unit and we did not attend because we would be happy with a facility
like that going in next to the current apartment complex.
The project needs to return to the beginning of the process and give due notice to property owners near by!
I personally have had to take a garbage bag and retrieve the trash that has been discarded into the entrance of
our neighborhood. Cars are beginning to park on the residential streets from the apartments now and putting that
much more traffic on this street would very problematic.
My husband I have many concerns about this site for more high density housing. I am a Realtor and so I
understand the need for additional housing, I understand the NIMB and I understand that Meridian is busting at
the seams. But just because there is already high-density housing in the close proximity does not make it a
good location for more of the same.
Please keep my remarks are part of the process record.
We will be attending the next meeting, because of HOA notification, not because of any posted signs or USP
mail notification.
