When the Planning and Zoning make their decisions and /or recommendations to City Council is when the Clerk’s Office would send out new notices with the hearing date, time, etc. Regarding your second question, attached is a formatted PDF list of the Property Owners on the 300 foot radius that was mailed out for the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. I have replaced the one on the Searchable Documents with this one with the formatting changes. As for your last question, I apologize, I am not quite sure what you are referring to? Will those who are on record to be given notice of any proposed development (living within 300 feet, etc) , receive a Notice of the Continuation Hearing scheduled for April 20, 2017, and another Notice of the Hearing for the date the matter is on the Agenda for City Council? Also, would it be possible for you to send me a copy of the list of all who are on the list to receive notices. I am having trouble printing anything from meridian site - I have disabled pop up blocker, but still need to type in the name of the site, and have not been able to successfully make it work for your site, like it does with other sites. Any hints? Thank you. Will owners within 300 feet receive a mailed notice about the Continuation Hearing? 7. Sorry for so many questions, but our board has been asked these questions, and we do not not want to give our incorrect information..
