Dear City Clerk,
As an HOA manager, we routinely receive Notice of Community Meetings and Hearings for properties being
developed which are located within 300 feet of any homes in subdivisions that we manage. As soon as we
receive that notice, we immediately forward the information to all board members of the particular subdivision
so they may inform their owners of the proposed development.
In the time we have managed Kelly Creek Subdivision, we have been notified of:
1. The Community Meeting to be held on October 10, 2016 regarding new self-storage facility at 2670 W.
McMillan Road.
2. The Gyro Shack at Paramount meeting in early March.
All Board members were notified of these meetings as soon as we received the notice.
As the HOA manager for the Kelly Creek community, we should have received any and all notices of
community meetings or hearings in connection with the 12 acre parcel at 2670 W. McMillan Road. We did not
get a notice from the City Clerk regarding the community meeting held on December 22, 2016, nor did we
receive notice for the hearing held on March 16, 2017.
I am attaching the list of owners that should have received notification of these meetings and Red Door HOA
Management Group is on the list, as well. As there are many concerned citizens in the Kelly Creek
Community, we kindly request that all future meeting notices regarding the 12 acre parcel at 2670 W.
McMillan Road or any other proposed development that directly affects this community, be sent to Red Door as
well as the appropriate homeowners, as required, so they are provided the opportunity to be heard as well as
informed.
