Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District,,(NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application, providing no new storm drainage will be discharged to the Ten Mile Drain. Any
new drainage being proposed will require a Land Use Change application be filed with the
district.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface lrainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must revic v drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
