Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has had this project under ,`eview for many
months now. The district raised questions over access to our pressurized irrigation pump
station and Five Mile Drain. To this date, NMID has not been presented with any informatiol
in response. NMID is requesting that the final Platt be held until our concerns are addressed
properly:
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's Five Mile Drain has a
minimum easement of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet (50') from centerline each direction.
Please note, it is extremely important our access to the pump station not be impeded.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface :drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
