At this time, we would like to voice our approval of the applicationF'C"'-
H-2017-0011 by Giza Development/Michael Wright for the 5.28
acres located at 2662 E. Magic View Dr. The proposed
development to be referred to as Meridian Meadows Senior
Community.
Our approval is contingent upon the S. Hickory Way easement,
located at the north west corner of the development, be developed/ o
strictly as a bicycle, pedestrian, emergency use only access. Any
other type of arrangements to the said easement will negate our
approval of the development.
