Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the extension request for
signatures on the above -referenced application.
However, a Land Use Change Application will be required for the district's review, prior to
final platting. The Jackson Drain has a minimum easement at this location of fifty feet (50');
thirty-five feet (35') left, and fifteen feet (15') right, from centerline facing downstream. This
easement must be protected.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
