Dear Community Leaders: Thanks for listening last night to the deep concerns expressed by our vast neighborhood
regarding the East Ridge Development. If I might, I would like to suggest a site visit by each of you to see first hand what
our concerns are-It will be self evident! I’m quite sure-traffic issues, safety concerns, access to the property for
construction, zoning issues (R4 still is not in keeping with the community standard), and infrastructure concerns just to
name a few suggest this project is NOT a good fit. Remember, the long term implications of your decisions, perhaps for
a hundred years or more. Won’t it be great to look back and say a job well done. Thanks for your leadership and
