RE: H-2017-0029 MADDYN SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the final plat application referenced above by A
Team Consultants for the Maddyn Subdivision located south of East Ustick Road and west of SH-55 (Eagle
Road) , milepost 14.00. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the final plat for residential housing and common lots in this location.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
