RE: H-2017-0028 GYRO SHACK AT PARAMOUNT
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced conditional use
permit application for the Gyro Shack located at 5038 North Linder, south of US20/26
milepost 37.25. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a drive-thru establishment being constructed within 300 feet of
another drive-thru establishment in this location.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State
highway.
