Hello,
Along the west side of my home is a proposed development for homes. I would like to voice my opinion in
regards to the proposed plan. The plan needs to be revised to develop homes on larger sites. The surrounding
area that is developed have much larger home sites and the proposed plan needs to have homes that look similar
in size in order to blend in well. Having these small homes will diminish the neighborhood look and
integrity. Also, in the existing proposed plan there is very little community area. The ditch that they are going
to keep natural will look out of place. The area needs to be groomed and maintained. As you can see, the
neighborhood on the other side of the ridge is under development and have most of the homes complete and
occupied, so there is still a demand for upscale custom homes in Meridian. The developer has asked us for
permission to have access to our property in the case that we develop our property. We will never give such
access to our property and our home is developed. It is an insult to tell us that our property is not
developed. We are fully landscaped on our entire 2 acres of land. The proposed plan should not be approved
unless major revisions are completed for consideration.
