Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently on file for
this project. We will withhold any further comments until we are finished with the review.
The Districts Onweiler Lateral runs through this project and has a minimum easement of fifty feet
(50'); fifteen feet (15') left, and thirty-five feet right, from centerline facing downstream.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans; Developers must
comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
