Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the proposed "Lot Split" of
Lot 2, Block 2, of the above -referenced application. However, please be advised NMID's
existing pressure irrigation main Zine and ten -foot (10') easement must be protected. Any
changes to this system must be reviewed and approved.
All municipal sLirface drainage must be retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the
site, NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Llaho code 31-
3805.
