Provided all storm drainage is retained on-site, there will be no impact on Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID), and no further review will be required.
However, if any surface drainage leaves the site, the NMID requires that a ,_,and Use Change
Application be filed for review prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at
466-7861 for further information.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The developer must c«inply with Idaho
Code 31-3805. It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to all developments
within the NMID.
