nances of the City of Mer idian
and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the City Council of
the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Mer idi-
an City Hall, 33 East Broad-
wayAvenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 7, 2017
or the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:
M3 Companies LLC for a
Rezone of a portion of prop-
erty from R-2 (10.17 acres),
R-8 (33.84 acres) R-15 (.24
acres) to R-4 (44.26 acr es)
and rezone C-C (.27 acres)
and R-15 (154 square feet) to
R-8 (.3 acres) and Prelimi-
nary Plat consisting of 161
building lots and 15 common
lots on 61.64 acres of land in
a proposed R-4 and R-8 zon-
ing district for Tree Farm
Subdivision located at 4740
W Chinden Blvd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any and
all interested persons shall be
heard at said public hearing,
and the public is welcome
and invited to submit testimo-
ny. Oral testimony may be
limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written materials
may be submitted seven (7)
days prior to the above hear-
ing date so that all interested
parties may examine them
prior to the hearing. All mate-
rials presented at public
meetings shall become prop-
erty of the City of Meridian.
