Brighton Corporation (David Turnbull),
APPLICANT

The subject easements are located within Lots 88-91 and 43-45, Block 23, Ashford
Greens Subdivision No.2, Meridian, Idaho.
2.
The owner of record of the subject properties is the Brighton Corporation, and David
Turnbull has provided notarized consent for the subject application.
3.
Applicant is Brighton Corporation (David Turnbull, Managing Member).
4.
The subject property is within the city limits of the City of Meridian.
5.
The entire property is included within the Meridian Urban Service Planning Area as the
Urban Service Planning Area is defined in the Meridian Comprehensive Plan.
6.
The application requests the vacation of existing public utilities, irrigation, and drainage
easements, adjacent to each side of a common lot line.
7.
There are no significant or scenic features of major importance that affect the
consideration ofthis application.

RECOMMENDATION
The Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council
ofthe City of Meridian that they approve the vacation as requested by the applicant subject to the
following:
A.
Adopt the Recommendation of the Planning and Zoning and Engineering staff as follows:
1. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy on the subject properties (Lots 88-91 and
43-45, Block 23), the Applicant shall submit evidence that the requested vacation has
been approved by all required agencies and authorities (all applicable public utilities,
drainage and irrigation entities).
