The attached report includes site specific conditions of approval. The attached report has been revised to reflect the Commission's action which includes: • The proposed driveways on Eagle Road and Amity Road are not approved with this application. • The new east -west street intersection location was not approved in alignment with Santo Stefano Drive as shown on the preliminary plat. Hansen, Commissioner RE: Firenze Annexation, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezone / H-2016-0102 On December 14, 2016 the Ada County Highway District acted on your application for the above referenced project. The attached report includes site specific conditions of approval. In addition to the attached report, the Commission asked that the City consider the following: • Require roadway improvements on Montague Way prior to any development within the site. • Consider providing a parking area that is accessible to the neighbors, but is not a thru connection to the commercial component of the site.
