RE: PERMIT APPLICATION 3-05-066, SH-55, Sadie Creek
Background. This application is for one 62' approach.
1. The access control on this seCtion of highway is Type IV Urban.
2. SpacIng requirements are not met
3. Property has no access other than the highWay.
4. Property has two access points on the plans.
5. City of Meridian will eventually call for a road connecting to Ustick west of Eagle Rd.
District Recommendation. The district recommends that 'TO purchas the access points on SH.S5
and supply this properly with an easement across the Properly to the north for the Usticl< Rd.
connection.
Conçurrences/Comments. Concurrences/comments to the Dìstr1Ct recOmmendatIons are:
1- The applicant does not agree with District recommendation.
2. City of Meridian agrees with District recommendations.
