RE: H-2016-0123 SEYAM SUBDIVISION PLAT
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application to vacate plat
note #10 and the graphic depiction for lot 3, block 1 of the Seyam Subdivision located between Eagle
Road and Cloverdale Road on the north side of Franklin Road, north of I-84milepost 46.55 for Volante
Investments, LLC. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the request to vacate plat note #10 and the graphic depiction for lot 3,
block 1 of the Seyam subdivision in this location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
