NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2016-0112 by DevCo.
LLC, for a request for an Annexation and Zoning of
Approximately 102.69 acres from RUT in Ada County to the R-8
Zoning District (58.64 acres) and R-15 Zoning District (44.05 acres)
and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 430 single family residential
lots, 39 common lots, and Nine (9) other lots on approximately
102.69 acres in the proposed R-8 and R-15 zoning district for
Movado Estates Subdivision located on the South Side of E.
Overland Road between South Topaz Way and S Cloverdale Road.
