Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) requires that a Land Use Change Application be filed,
for review, prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861 for further information.
The District's Ridenbaugh Canal and Eight Mile Drain cross this proposed project and must be
protected. The Ridenbaugh Canal is an unlined, high fill canal adjacent to this proposed development.
The Distriefs easement for the Ridenbaugh Canal at this location is a minimum c.f one hundred feet
(100'); fifty feet (50') each side of centerline. The easement for the Eight Mile Drain is sixty feet (60');
thirty feet (30') from centerline each direction.
Absolutely no cutting, or grading of the adjacent slope for the Ridenbaugh Canal will be
tolerated! NMID must review and approve grading plans prior to anV work beginning!
These easements must be protected. Any encroaehmentwithout a signed License Agreement and
approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the
site, the NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
