NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Me-
ridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broad-
way Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20,
2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2016-0120 by Pine Street, LLC, for a request for an Annexation
and Zoning of 3.51 acres of land with an L-O zoning district for
Black Cat and Chinden Annexation located at 6280 N Black Cat
Road.

date listed on this notification.
