Provided all storm drainage is retained on-site there will be no impact on N, npa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID) and no 'further review will be required. This property lies within
Settlers Irrigation District for irrigation water delivery. Please contact �:ettlers hrrigation
regarding this aspect of the project; at 208-344-2471 or P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID 83707.
However, if any storm drainage leaves the site, the NMID requires that a Land Use Change
Application is filed for review prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at 466-7861
for further information.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805. It is recommended that irrigation water be made available to :ail developments
within the NMID.
