RE: H-2016-0125 WHITEACRE SUBDIVISION FP
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application
for the Whiteacre Subdivision located on the west side of North Meridian Road, south of
US20/26 milepost 38.2. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a subdivision being constructed in this location.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State
highway.
