The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for
Oaks South Subdivision No. 5 located at 04N 01W SEC 3 Parcel number S0433212510 north of I-84
milepost 41.00. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to a subdivision being constructed in this location.
2. The property does not abut the State highway system.
