The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the Final Plat approval for the
above-mentioned property, as there are no project facilities located here, however, it is
Boise project's understanding that the developers of this project have approached the
New York irrigation District and requested the District to own, operate anal maintain the
pressurized, irrigation system for CToldengrove Subdivision.
The irrigation system will have to be built to specific specifications as set by the District /
Project. A copy of the Project's Design Standards and Specifications is available upon
request.
Please provide this office and Mr. Jim Money, Civil, Survey Consultants, Inc., 2893 S.
Meridian Rd., Meridian, Idaho 83642, a set of pressurized irrigation and drainage plans,
for any comments he may have.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
Storm Drain,a.ge and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
Whereas this development is in its preliminary stages, Boise Project Board of Control
reserves the right to review plans and require changes when our easements and/or
facilities are affected. by unknown factors.
