We have reviewed the above-referenced submittal and offer the following comments, as conditions of the applicant. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council. APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND The applicant, The Land Group, has requested approval of a one-year time extension to file the Final Plat for Southern Springs Subdivision No. I. The preliminary plat consisted of 11 commercial building lots on 10.97 acres in a C-G zone. The applicant states that the reason for the delay is that they have not yet received 1TD approval for access to Meridian Road. The Preliminary Plat was approved by City Council on 9/23/03, The applicant has submitted their request for a time extension within one year ofthe original approval, as required by MCC 12-3-6. LOCATION The property is located on the south-east comer of S. Meridian Road and E. Overland Road, in the NW \4 of Section 19, T3N. RlE. RECOMMENDATION Planning and Zoning staff recommends approval of the requested one-year time extension to file the Final Plat for Southern Springs Subdivision No.1.
