RE: H-2016-0131 MDA DORADO SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the Development Agreement Modification
application referenced above for Jake Wylie at 2490 and 2976 East Overland Road south of I-84 milepost
45.85. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the modification of the development agreement to remove the
requirement for a Conditional Use Permit on Lots 1 and 2 Block 1 for Dorado Subdivision.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
