RE: H-2016-0122 VERADO SUBDIVISION NUMBER 1
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Verado Subdivision number 1, west of SH-55 (Eagle Road) milepost 38.90 for DevCo, LLC. ITD has
the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the final plat application for the subdivision being constructed in this
location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. The City is reminded that the SH-55 Eagle Road corridor is already congested. This project
will increase the number of vehicle trips in the corridor. ITD has no current funding assigned
to mitigate traffic congestion in the SH-55 Eagle Road corridor in this area.
4. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
5. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. If the applicant has
