-F o h. .IC^` r t� Petition Opposing the Proposed Annexation, Rezone and preliminary Plat as Proposed by Dev Co., LLC. for approximately 20.28 acres currently zoned RUT in Ada County. The Subject Property is known as 2101 & 2125 E. Ustick Road. We, the under signed residents of The City of Meridian, do hereby oppose the plan ,as proposed by Dev Co., LLC, specifically the rezone to R15 as being incompatible with the neighborhoods that surround the subject property which are zoned R1, R2, R4, and R8 respectively. We believe the plan as proposed is not in the interests of the residents of Meridian and should be rejected by the Planning and Zoning Commission as well as the City Council of the City of Meridian.
