Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2016-0114 ANNEXATION AND REZONE CITADEL 4 SELF STORAGE The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation and rezone application for Citadel 4 Self Storage at 4015 North Ten Mile Road, north of I-84. ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objection to the annexation and rezone for a self storage facility to be constructed in this location. 2. This property does not abut the State highway system. 3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system. 4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
