NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
September 27, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and considering
the application H-2016-0092 by Martin Hill for Preliminary Plat
approval consisting of 20 building lots and 2 common lots on 19.73
acres of land in a C -N zoning district and Modification to the
Development Agreement to include a detailed site plan and
modification of certain provisions for Hill’s Century Farm
Commercial located at 3625 E. Amity Road

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
