Mr. Wong,
Thank you for your quick response. I wanted to inform you that many of us in Tuscany met with the Land Group and Albertsons this
evening. From the very start of that meeting I, and I think most others, were very surprised to hear that a lot of the concerns residents
of Tuscany have (i.e., the streets going through and the zoning of the residential portion) seem to be the result of what the staff at
ACHD and the City have told the developers they need to get the proposal approved. In essence the developers said "ACHD and the
City are making us connect the roads through Tuscany and are pushing for even higher density residential zoning." This seems odd
and concerning to me and others. Why does the City want higher-density residential in this area? It only hurts us. As for the roads, we
were under the impression that ACHD was just deciding what was put in from of them, not that ACHD was telling the developers what
ACHD wanted and required.
