RE: Contract Amendment No 7 — FINANCIAL AUDIT SERVICES
Madam Mayor:
Attached please find Contract Amendment No 7 with EideBailly in the amount of
$47,000.00 for the following services:
Financial Audit Services FY2016.
This amendment extends the contract for one additional year per the Terms and
Conditions of the agreement approved September 7, 2010. This procurement falls in
the category of Goods and Services Up to $50,000 for which I am authorized to sign,
however for internal controls I am sending to you for signature. The Finance
Department has notified and acquired approval from Council Liaison Joe Borton.
At this time, all parties have mutually agreed to the terms and conditions of the
agreement. I am presenting this Amendment for your signature.
