CALL TO ORDER /ROLL CALL: 7:03 P.M. The President will call the meeting to order and will call roll. CONSENT AGENDA: - Approval of the minutes from the September 13, 2006 meeting. * APPROVED - Review September/October Commission Actions: - No Action taken at the September 13, 2006 meeting. - No Action taken October 1 1, 2006, meeting canceled due to lack of agenda items. IV. SOUTH RIDGE DEVELOPMENT Phil Hull from The Land Group would like to discuss the revised proposed park site in South Ridge Development located on the South side of Overland Road between Linder Road and Ten Mile Road. PRESENTED -RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO C/C V. CITY HALL PLAZA PLAN Mayor will discuss plans and have illustrations on the New City Hall Plaza which will be located on the site of the 1929 Meridian Creamery. APPROVED/ENDORSED VI. SKATE PARK RULES The Mayor's Youth Advisory Council will update the commission on the rules regarding the skate pazk in Tully Pazk. PRESENTED - UPDATE IN DECEMBER VII. COMPREHENSIVE PARKS & RECREATION PLAN Bruce MacCoy will update the commission on the Comprehensive Parks & Recreation System Plan which was last updated August 2003. PRESENTED VIII. HERITAGE MIDDLE SCHOOL BALLFIELDS Ted Baird and Doug Strong will update the commission on the agreement between Heritage Middle School and the City of Meridian.
