Meridian. Idaho AGENDA I. CALL TO ORDER /ROLL CALL: The President will call the meeting to order and will call roll. CONSENT AGENDA: v Approval of the minutes from the May 10, 2006 meeting. - Review May 2006 Commission Actions: - No Action Taken at the May 10, 2006 Meeting. Mito Alonzo James De Boer John Nesmith IV. KIWANIS PARK OVERVIEW The commission would like to look at the overview of Kiwanis Park with the new acreage added. V. NEW PARK DEDICATIONS The commission will discuss the planning of the park dedications for both Season's Park and Champion Park. VI. ANNUAL PARK TOUR The commission will discuss changing the annual park tour from September to August due to shorter days and whether or not to have catered food at the end of the tour. VII. UPDATE ON IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMISSION Ted Baird will update the commission on the Impact Fee Advisory Commission meeting. VIII. STAFF DEPARTMENT REPORTS: A. Director's Report by Doug Strong: B. CORRESPONDENCE AND OTHER INFORMATIONAL ITEMS AND DISCUSSION: - Contract for Timing for the Barn Sour Run with Spondoro.com, Inc APPROVED by City Council on 06/06/06. - Meridian Youth Baseball Project was awarded to McAlvain Construction for $1,969,000.00. A budget amendment for additional impact fees of $280,000.00 to complete the project was also APPROVED by City Council on 06/06/06. - Budget Enhancement Priorities from the May 10, 2006. - Memo from Matt Ellsworth on his new Governor's Role as "Deputy Chief of Staff '.
