CONSENT AGENDA: - Approval of the minutes from the March 08, 2006 meeting.* Approved - REVIEW FEBRUARY 2006 COMMISSION ACTIONS -Bylaws of the Commission -Bill Nary to make changes and return to commission. - Kiwanis park -Approved by Commission for expansion of N boundary of 1.67 acres. - Recreation Fees -Approved by Commission /move to City Council for approval. -Commission Goals for 2006 - Approved by Commission. IV. COMMISSION GOALS * Discussed Bruce MacCoy will discuss the goals and assign to appropriate sub-committee. V. BYLAWS OF THE COMMISSION Approved -Move to City Council Ted Baird will discuss the changes made to the bylaws for commission approval. VI. RECREATION FEES * Discussed Doug Strong will update the commission on the results of public hearing regarding the fees.
