CONSENT AGENDA: - Approval of the minutes from the January 11, 2006 meeting. * Approved IV. REVIEW JANUARY 2006 COMMISSION ACTIONS -Acknowledged No action was taken at the January 11, 2006 meeting. V. COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR -Presented Shelly Houston will discuss her role and interaction with the Parks & Recreation Department. VI. BYLAWS OF THE COMMISSION * -Discussed, Bill Nary will make changes/Retum to P/R Commission March meeting Bruce MacCoy will discuss the bylaws drafted in January 2006. VII, SUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS & REASSIGNMENTS *- Discussed/Approved as assigned Bruce MacCoy will present subcommittee assignments. VIII. COMMISSION GOALS FOR 2006 -Discussed Bruce MacCoy will discuss and review the commission's goals for 2006. IX. RECREATION FEES * -Approved as Presented/move to C/C for approval Colin Moss, Recreation Coordinator will discuss the proposed pazks and recreation fees to be approved for the 2006 season. X. DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS IN PARKS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Discussed/Approved as currently written with no amendments Bruce MacCoy will discuss the draft language changes for mini, neighborhood and community pazks, as currently stated in the comprehensive parks and recreation system plan for commission approval. XI. PATHWAY MASTER PLAN -Discussed Doug Strong will discuss the updates on the pathway master plan. STAFF DEPARTMENT REPORTS XII.
