BYLAWS OF THE COMMISSION Bruce MacCoy will discuss the bylaws drafted in November 2002 but never approved. Discussed VII. SUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS & REASSIGNMENTS * Bruce MacCoy will update the current subcommittees with new assignments or reassignments. Discussed VIII. COMMISSION GOAL5 FOR 2006 Bruce MacCoy will discuss the commission's goals for 2006 to include comprehensive plan, public information program, and expanded recreation program offerings.
