IL COMMITTEE UPDATE FROM OCTOBER MEETING:
Presentatioa of comparative iuformaiion on impact fees implemented or under ctmsideration in other
Idaho jurisdictions.
IIL INFLATION AnJUSTMENT RECOMMENDATION:
a. Tl~ Fee Administrator aced Fittauce Department staff will recap the discussion on the ENR
cost index from tfte October meeting.
h. 1'he Committee will resume the discussion and entertain motions regarding the annual
inflation adjustment recommendation to the City Council.
IV. PARKS IMPACT FEE RECOMMENDATION:
7'he Committee will deliberate and entertain motions regarding a recommendation to the City
Council on whether W implement the portion of the allowable Parks impact fee not implemented last
year,
V. ANNUAL REPORT':
The Cotninittee will review and disaltss the proposed Anmtal Report to the City Council regarding
the Impact Fee program artd entertain a motion to forward the report to rite City Crnmcil.
VI. FUTURE TOPICS:
'fhe Committee will set the date for the next meeting in the fast gtlaxter of 2008.
