Verona Subdivision No.2 - Time Extension
Dear Mayor and Council:
Phase 2 of Verona Subdivision was approved on September 16, 2003. Recordation of the final
plat may not be complete by that time. The project is currently under construction, and we
anticipate paving and recording by November of this year. We respectfully request a one-year
extension for recording of the final plat for Verona Subdivision No.2. A check for the filing fee
in the amount of $100.00 is enclosed.
