(H-2016-0102) 2 Mr. Coles, Please continue the Firenze Plaza Subdivision project (H-2016-0102) until December 15 th 2016. The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) has been made aware of concerns that some of the neighbors have regarding traffic through the abutting residential subdivision. ACHD has tentatively scheduled a hearing for the project for December 7 th , 2016. As a result of the tentatively scheduled hearing, City of Meridian Planning staff have not yet received a staff report from ACHD and any comments from that agency would not be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission if a hearing were to be held tonight (November 3 rd ). It is essential for this project that these concerns are addressed by ACHD before any action by the city is taken. Let me know if you have any questions.
