RE: H-2016-0102 AZ CPAM PP FIRENZE PLAZA
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation, zoning change,
conditional use amendment and preliminary plat application for the Firenze Plaza located 2.4 miles
south of the I-84/Eagle Road interchange for Sharryn Ann Clark and David L. Clark. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the annexation, zoning change, conditional use amendment, and
preliminary plat applications for the residential development being constructed in this location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
