Warren,
I forwarded this on to the clerk’s office and I’m doing so again to make sure that your comments are placed in the file for
this project. Watch for this on the website.

Good Afternoon Josh,
Thank you for taking your time this morning to answer questions that my wife and I have concerning the above
referenced project.
As we mentioned, one of our main concerns, as well as that of many of our Tuscany neighbors, is the proposal to extend
Mount Etna Dr. through to Eagle Road. Our subdivision already has seven entrances and Tuscany was designed and built
so that no houses front yards face any of the streets at these entrances. If Mount Etna Dr. is allowed to be extended to
Eagle Rd., it would then become another entrance and a major traffic through street into Tuscany. The front yard of
every existing house on Mount Etna Dr. would face onto this new traffic through street. We are a very family friendly,
kid friendly, pet friendly community and it would put the safety of all existing homeowners and their children and pets
at risk. Every day we have young children playing in our front yards and sometimes on the sidewalks and in the
streets. We also have many families that are just out walking their babies and pets or just out enjoying the weather and
additional traffic would become an additional safety issue for them as well as putting them at risk of a serious accident.
No one is opposed to a street being built so that Tuscany residents can access the new proposed commercial
development but any street built should not be a major through street. There are many other options available.
Thank you again Josh for your time.
