Dear C. Jay Coles:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change App'�ication currently
on file ,for this project. NMID will withhold any further comment until our review is
complete.
The District's Ten Mile Drain is on the east boundary and must be protected. The easement
for the Ten Mile Drain at this location is a minimum of one hundred feet (100'); fifty feet
(50') from centerline.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
