RE: H-2016-0115 BAINBRIDGE SUBDIVISION IRRIGATION EASEMENT MODIFICATION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced easement modification
application for Bainbridge Subdivision located south of West Chinden Boulevard, east of Black Cat
Road, and west of Ten Mile Road. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to referenced irrigation easement modification in this location.
2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
