A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday,
September 6, 2016, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Joe Borton, Anne Little Roberts,
Genesis Milam, and Ty Palmer.
Absent: Luke Cavener (arrived @ 5:50)
Others Present: Bill Nary, C.Jay Coles

Interest in Real Property, Which is Not Ow ned by a Public Agency
Bird: Motion to go into executive session per Idaho State Cord 74 -206 (c).
Borton: Second.
De Weerd: Motion and second to go into executive session.
Roll Call Vote: Little Roberts, aye; Palmer, absent; Cavener, aye; Bird, aye; Milam, aye;
Borton, aye.
De Weerd: All ayes. We are in executive session.
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
