A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday,
September 20, 2016, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Keith Bird, Joe Borton, Anne Little Roberts,
Genesis Milam, Luke Cavener and Ty Palmer.
Others Present: Bill Nary, C.Jay Coles

Bird: Motion to adopt the agenda.

MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 74-206A (1)(a): A governing
body or its designated representatives may hold an executive session
for the specific purpose of : (a) Considering a labor contract offer or to
formulate a counteroffer.
Bird: Motion to go into executive session per Idaho State Cord 74 -206A (1)(a).
Borton: Second.
De Weerd: Motion and second to go into executive session.
Roll Call Vote: Little Roberts, aye; Palmer, absent; Cavener, aye; Bird, aye; Milam, aye;
Borton, aye; Cavener, aye.
De Weerd: All ayes. We are in executive session.
