Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the request for two (2) year
time extension on the preliminary Platt. However, NMID will require a Land Use Change
Application be filed prior.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
