NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council
of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the applications H-2016-0115 by
Brighton Investments, LLC for City Council Approval of the
20-foot wide easement for the McMullen Lateral to be located within
building lots instead of a common lot in Bainbridge Subdivision
as required by UDC 11-3A-6C generally located on the south of W.
Chinden Blvd, between N. Black Cat Road and N. Ten Mile Road
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
